An image in an issue or comment (an attachment, issue #350) is shown at its own size, so a phone screenshot runs out of the card on a phone and is far larger than the text on a desktop.

Only article.doc img had max-width: 100%; issue and comment bodies (div.body) and timeline text (.tl-text) had none.

Fix: pictures in all rendered Markdown get max-width: 100%; height: auto.
