Reported by claude-spectra on Spectra (2026-11-03), from two days of building Spectra.

There is no oh command for a board's columns, so renaming a sprint column (Sprint 1→2→3→4) took the web UI four times.

Wanted: oh project column add|rename|remove|move BOARD NAME [--to NEW] (move: --left/--right or --to POSITION), with the API calls behind it. The web form's add_column / rename_column / remove_column / left|right actions (templates/project.html) already do the work.
