Backlog H10. oh, a command-line client for OxygenHub like gh, as crates/oh in the oxygenhub workspace on hub-api. In a checkout it uses the oxy remote's hub, repository, token and CA; elsewhere --repo and oh auth login. First slice: auth, repo view, issues, proposals (list/view/create/checks), Flow runs (list/view/start/watch/log/rerun), releases (list/create/upload/trust) and oh api, all with --json.
