From metalgear feedback issue #23. oxy submodule add gives the subrepo remote.origin.url only, so oh fails with UnknownIssuer and no token until they are set by hand. oh should fall back to the parent checkout's remote for the same hub, or the oh auth settings for that hub; oxy submodule add could also copy the parent remote's CA for the same host.
