oxygen 397d9f98 (oxygen#35 and issue #36 to issue #39): the working-copy lock, lazy text and change skeletons in history-only loads, metadata-only change reads (Store::get_change_meta), shared line buffers, faster graphs. Nothing on the wire changes. Bump the pins, gate and deploy. Follow-up: use get_change_meta where the hub only lists messages.
