A release's title, notes and prerelease flag can be edited on the web (releases/edit/{id}) but not through the API, so oh cannot correct release notes after oh release create. Add PATCH /repos/{owner}/{name}/releases/{tag} and oh release edit TAG --notes/--title/--prerelease.
