The hub has no help. Add /help with: getting started (install oxy, create an identity, clone, push, tokens, the certificate of a self-signed hub, delegating to the hub for web edits and landings), keyboard shortcuts, and a glossary for people coming from GitHub (bookmark, change, state, proposal, seal, trust policy, heads, conflicts that stay in the history). The commands are filled in for this hub (its URL, its remote name, where its certificate is). Link it from the header and the footer.
