Andy (2026-10-02): serve an apt repository so users get oxy and oh with apt and updates with apt upgrade; installing either .deb adds the repository.

• The hub serves /apt from the .deb assets of configured public repositories' releases (prereleases included until 1.0): dists/stable/{InRelease,Release,Release.gpg}, main/binary-{amd64,arm64,riscv64}/Packages(.gz), pool/.
• Signed by a new dedicated key for the site (OxygenHub.io archive signing key), kept on Earth in the hub's data; public key at /apt/oxygenhub.gpg.
• dist.sh: each .deb ships the keyring and, on first install, writes /etc/apt/sources.list.d/oxygenhub.sources (deb822, Signed-By); purge removes them when neither oxy nor oh remains.
