Andy (2026-10-02), with GitHub screenshots:

1. The comment form's buttons (Comment; Back to draft, Close proposal) are on two uneven rows, and the Review form is a separate box with radio buttons: lay them out cleanly, GitHub-style (one action row, the state actions beside Comment; the review as a compact form).
2. 'Edit title, target and description' sits at the bottom as a disclosure: make it a ··· menu on the description (Copy link, Edit), editing in place, and a pencil by the title.
3. Keep our landed line at the top, and add GitHub's flourish at the end of the conversation: a 'Proposal landed' card (who, onto which bookmark), with removing the source bookmark offered when it can be.
