oh issue view 90 | head -1 prints the line, then panics with "failed printing to stdout: Broken pipe (os error 32)". When stdout closes, oh should exit quietly, as oxy and other CLIs do: reset SIGPIPE, or treat BrokenPipe as a clean exit.
