spectra-vscode 0.1, Watch (spec §9): connect to the daemon with the owner token, the status bar, the Agents, Channels (read), Inbox (read) and Log views, and the live event stream.
Needs only Spectra 0.1's API (andymccall/spectra#11), so it is the natural first item of Sprint 2 once Sprint 1 closes.
