Spectra 0.4, Push and automations (spec §25): the Claude Code channel shim with permission relay (research preview, §14.2), schedules, webhook routes with OxygenHub's signature, the relay, the Settings page, .oxymodules relations and delegate(to: "downstream").
Done when a push to oxygen on OxygenHub appears in #oxygen and creates a pin-bump task for the oxygenhub agent, who is told without polling.
