• make install copies the binary instead of linking into the build tree; an install-server target (or script) copies a stripped build to a host over SSH and installs the systemd user unit.
• The unit waits for a Spectra (ConditionPathExists), so an enabled service on a fresh machine does not restart in a loop.
• Earth: the claude account runs spectra serve bound to its address with tls = "auto"; lingering is on, so it runs from boot.
• README: client and server setup.

Done when: Earth runs the daemon from boot and spectra connect from the workstation reaches it.
