Spec Draft 0.5 §8.0. Spectra makes its own composite Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 identities with delegation and expiry, signs and encodes with its own code (designed after Oxygen's, sharing none), and needs no other program: spectra identity create; init, agent add (confirm, --expires, renew, disable) and connect (confirm or --expect) sign the delegation themselves. deps/oxygen and oxy-core are removed.
