Done in the working copies: spectrahub/docs/spec.md (Draft 0.4), spectra-vscode/docs/spec.md (Draft 0.3) and spectrahub-vscode/docs/spec.md (Draft 0.2) no longer depend on Oxygen, OxygenHub or OxygenFlow. Not committed: those specs had never been committed in their repos, so they are left for Andy to review and commit.

Bring the three companion specs in line with Spectra Draft 0.5: no dependency on Oxygen or OxygenHub, Spectra's own identities, projects of any kind of work.
