SpectraHub 0.1, Uplink and view (hub spec §17): the workspace with deps/spectra pinned, configuration, SQLite, accounts copied from OxygenHub, Spectras with uplink tokens, the uplink endpoints, the merged log ordered by hybrid logical clock, Radar mounted per Spectra and across all, and the inbox.
Not before Spectra 0.3 is in daily use, and needs Spectra 0.5 (the uplink). Until then the open question stands of whether a hub is needed at all, or a spectra serve --public mode would do (spec §26.1, hub spec §2).
Done when the laptop's and Earth's Spectras are both visible on one page from a phone's browser.
