SpectraHub 0.2, Route (hub spec §7, §17): addresses with @SPECTRA, routing between Spectras, one home per task with refused transitions routed back, mirrored threads and channels, human requests answered on the hub, relay to the Android app.
Done when a task delegated on the laptop to an agent on Earth is accepted and completed there, and the result shows on the laptop.
