  • An exported API for other extensions (vscode.extensions.getExtension("...").exports): repositories with status, bookmarks, remotes and json(args), change events, and registerRemoteProvider so a forge extension such as Oxygenhub can say which remotes it understands and where things live on the web.
  • "Open on Remote" and "Open Change on Remote" commands, shown once a provider is registered.
