Published by OxygenHub.io, now as oxygenhub.oxygen (the Marketplace keeps a deleted extension's name reserved). Otherwise the same as 0.16.1.
Install: download the .vsix below, then in VS Code run Extensions: Install from VSIX…, or code --install-extension oxygen-0.17.0.vsix. It needs oxy on your PATH. Uninstall oxygenhub.oxygen-vscode if you had it.
