crc-fast 1.10.0, patched for Oxygen

The crate as published on crates.io (MIT OR Apache-2.0, see LICENSE-*), with one change to its Cargo.toml: the library is built as a plain lib, not also as a cdylib and staticlib, and the binaries, benches and tests are not declared. Cargo builds every crate type a dependency declares, and the macOS cross build (cargo-zigbuild) cannot link the cdylib. object_store's S3 support needs this crate for checksums. Used through [patch.crates-io] in the workspace Cargo.toml.
