# iana-time-zone 0.1.65, patched for Oxygen

The crate as published on crates.io (MIT OR Apache-2.0, see LICENSE-*),
with one change: on Apple targets the time zone is read from
`/etc/localtime`, as on Linux, instead of through CoreFoundation, so the
crate needs no Apple framework and the macOS cross build links. It is
pulled in by `chrono`'s `clock` feature through `object_store`, which
only ever uses UTC. Used through `[patch.crates-io]` in the workspace
`Cargo.toml`.
