Closes issue #120 (Metal Gear's feedback, 2026-10-18).
After oxy bookmark switch NAME --carry, new files were listed as 'removed from disk (the bookmark does not have them)' though they were still there: the checkout removes them and the carry writes them back, and the report still counted them.
- checkout_carry leaves the files it wrote back out of the report's removed count and names.
- The switch now prints 'carried, as they were: …'.
- Test: switching_bookmarks_carries_uncommitted_work asserts nothing is reported removed. Gate green.
