Closes issue #147 (metalgear feedback). The snapshot re-encoded a subrepo's pin from disk with the disk's bookmark name, so heads equal to the pin's on another bookmark read as modified and oxy bookmark switch refused. New Pin::same_state (same repository and heads in any order, or the same Git commit); the snapshot keeps the recorded pin when the state matches, and the switch check and subrepo sync use it. Test a_subrepo_at_its_pinned_state_on_another_bookmark_is_unmodified, which fails without the fix. Hub side: oxygenhub#332. Gate passes.
