Oxygen 0.3.1: the first release whose files OxygenFlow built. Each file carries a signed runner receipt, which the release's trust page shows as attested.

- apt repository. Install with
apt install oxyafter adding oxygenhub.io's repository (see the README). The .deb adds the repository itself on first install, so later releases arrive throughapt upgrade. - RISC-V. Linux riscv64 builds (.tar.gz and .deb), tested on an OrangePi RV2.
oxy checkout BOOKMARKswitches to the bookmark.oxy workspace addtakes a bookmark and brings its subrepos.
Fixed
- A push reports a tag it adds as an update, so the hub runs the tag's jobs.
