Andy (2026-10-02): the queue jammed behind long metalgear jobs while superseded runs of oxygen and the hub (#203, #108, issue #49) waited to run for nothing. Wanted:

  • oh run cancel N and a Cancel button on the run page (repo:write): queued jobs end as cancelled at once; a running job is stopped by its runner at its next report (the hub answers its log upload with 'cancelled'), and the run settles as cancelled.
  • Superseded runs: a push to a bookmark cancels that bookmark's older runs still queued or running (GitHub's concurrency cancel-in-progress), on by default, cancel-superseded #false in the pipeline to keep them.

Done, and checked live: run issue #56 was cancelled with oh run cancel while clippy ran on plex-1 and test on earth-1. Both runners stopped their microVMs within seconds, and the run and its jobs show as cancelled. Hub: andymccall/oxygenhub 3f629981 (+ oh glyph). Runner: 86b3c482's parent, deployed on earth-1 and plex-1.
