Done and deployed 2026-10-11 (OxygenFlow e0f20350, hub bff23d16): earth-1 speed 100 / class 3, plex-1 110 / class 3, free disk and load on every claim, shown on Admin › Runners and in GET /runners.

docs/jetstream.md §6, spec §11.1 (refs issue #38). A claim carries
facts: free disk where jobs' disks are made, the 1-minute load average, the kernel, and a speed score and class from a short one-thread benchmark (BLAKE3 over 256 MiB and a sort; Earth ~225 ms scores 100, class 3), measured at start and every 15 minutes while idle;flow runner benchprints them. The hub keeps them on the runner, shows them on the Runners page and in the API, and the placement pass can use them (J3 learns what each job needs).
