From oxygen_feedback.md (Metal Gear, 2026-10-11): metalgear issue #289 landed a pipeline pinning image 9b16895c… that neither the hub nor any runner held, and every run after it queued ('no runner can take it … nor does the hub: send it with flow rootfs push'). Ask: show on a proposal (and as a check) that its pipeline pins an image the hub does not hold, with the push command, before it lands.
