Moving every card in one column of a board to another takes one oh project card move N CARD -c COLUMN per card: tidying doomsdayone's board 4 on 2026-10-21 needed 115 calls (all of Doing to Done but issue #317), and Andy found no way to do it from oh.

Wanted:

• oh project card move N --from Doing -c Done: every card in a column, in one command.
• --except 317,320 (issue or proposal numbers, or card ids) to leave some where they are.
• Optional filters: --state closed / --state landed (only cards whose issue or proposal is done), --dry-run listing what would move.
• One API call on the hub (POST /api/v1/…/projects/{n}/cards/move with the selection), one audit entry, so a big move is quick and atomic.
• The board page could offer the same: "Move all to…" on a column's menu.
