docs/diffusion.md: when a repository that others pin as a subrepo moves (e.g. R* API under Metal Gear and Super Mario Land), each consumer gets a signed bump proposal, tested by its own CI, with the exact upstream changelog. Built in steps: D1 follow and propose; D2 partial pins and the culprit search; D3 consumer checks on upstream proposals; D4 migrations and agent fixes; D5 auto-land, chains, cross-hub, channels.
