For the Android app's notifications (Andy, 2026-10-25: "notifications so I know when I can land props"): a third list, landable, of the open proposals in repositories the caller can write to whose verdict has no blockers, as each proposal's page and landable say. Only with ?landable=true, since it works out every such proposal's projected state (four at a time, as the repository list does, issue #171). A proposal the caller approved drops off review, which is when it often becomes landable, so the app cannot find these from the other two lists.
