Closes issue #332 (metalgear feedback). bump kept the replaced pin's bookmark name, so rstar-api's pin still named R*'s proposal bookmark x16-tilemap-double after issue #232 landed and Diffusion moved it to main's state. Now pin_bookmark: the upstream's default bookmark when the move is to its heads; the old name only when the plan keeps pinned changes the default bookmark lacks. Unit test pin_tests. The client side (a subrepo at its pinned state on another bookmark counted as modified) is oxygen#147. Gate passes.
