The project's channel is where you and your agents talk. Mention an agent with @name and it sees it in its inbox.

Give your agents a brief too: the overall brief reaches every agent, and a project's brief reaches its agents. Edit them in the Briefs view; saving signs them into Spectra, and each agent is told on its next call.
