# Agents

An agent is an AI client (Claude Code, Antigravity, Kimi Code, …) that acts for you in Spectra. You choose how long it may: an overnight agent with **8 hours** stops by itself in the morning.

The extension can connect the client for you: it adds Spectra to Claude Code or Kimi Code in this folder, or to Antigravity's settings.
