Oxygen backlog 4, P5b: Open in Workspace on a bookmark or change page: openvscode-server with Oxygen VCS in a Firecracker microVM per workspace on a Flow runner, the state mounted through flow-casfs (andymccall/oxygenflow#21) with an overlay for edits, commits pushed to a workspace bookmark and signed by the hub as the user's delegate, the editor proxied to its owner only, stopped when idle. Design in docs/spec.md 13.3.

Paused (Andy, 2026-10-17): a large piece to build and to maintain; it waits until the work already promised is delivered. The runner-side plan, with the decisions taken (lazy files over vsock, a WebSocket tunnel with yamux), is in oxygenflow docs/workspaces.md and oxygenflow issue #64-issue #68.
